Opening Round Robin a Big Success!

Our October 26th tennis event was a big hit with all who attended. Our courts were filled with men and women competing in a round robin format. There was excellent tennis and fun for everyone! Don't miss our Holiday Round Robin on November 26th!

Tennis Tip-Playing with an Injury.

There are some people who have stopped playing tennis because they have sustained an injury. They are reluctant to return to tennis because they perceive that one must have great foot speed and be at 100% to enjoy tennis. In actuality, the majority of players over the age of 50 are playing with some kind of injury. Even though they can't run at 100% or hit as hard as they did when they were in their 20's, tennis can still be great fun to play. Learning how to position yourself as well anticipating are keys to being able to get to most shots. If you are reluctant to return to tennis because of an injury, come and speak to me and I will evaluate your situation.
